One of the good property I ever worked management and operations team, especially General Manager was really an experienced hand , hence I have learned many things , now I got selected in a leading hotel group in Bangalore. they support all kind of staffs , from kerala, kannada, tamil, north Indians , all sort mixed culture experience we got . staff cafeteria is really nice, weekly menu with different varieties of food all together nice experience,

salary is on 05 th of each month, but being an individual hotel ,it s not bad, now I am getting month end 30th itself ,but Samudra Its 05th of every month, not more than that, junior executive accommodation facilities need to improve , there is no big banquette hall here , service charge is less, but standard salary package offered , work timing weekend little more, 10 hrs other wise its 8-9 hrs
