Working culture, work timings, Salary of manager is below than ISDs. Incentives are average you will gain maximum 9K to 10K. Language which management guys are using that is inappropriate. Sometimes even they abuse you. I cant understand the logic behind the profile of SOO. There is no logic behind this profile. Anytime you will be abused in front of your team by your reporting manager(SOO).

Top Management doesn't listen to market needs leading to dissatisfied channel partners No scope of promotion. They hire and fire employees without any reason. Too much Undue pressure from management. No empathy at all.

Compensation is unmatched compared to similar companies in the same industry.

Everything apart from the compensation is terrible. No career path; it is usual here to promote (ASM to DAM) and demote (DAM to ASM) someone in the same year. Never had a training in my 4yr S&M stint because apparently 'training is just another excuse to not achieve your target' . HR is non-existent. For Sales team, it is the national distributor who decides the appointment & transfer of ASMs and ABMs.
