New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

1st I want to tell that i was working with samsung by payroll of Quess corp ltd. So my all experience sharing for Quess corp ltd. training and learning experience is excellent but few months ago job is not secure like 2 / 3 before and some team leaders seniors are play politics special 3rd party payroll employee like ASE or SSS team (leader).

they are not giving salary appraisals every year . if they are do then increases salary by 800 rupee and from 1st of May 2020, they will decrease salary amount by 6 to 7 thousand rupees for Samsung SEC. which is very pathetic.

Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

...chnology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.
