Good work environment and good teammates .Management is well organised .The most good thing I like in samsung that they celebrate each activity in very organised way .Company policies are fair and good . Good bonus is given to employees when they achieve the targets .

See if you working under company pay roll then there is a growth,salary increase, learning, skills improvement and there will good company culture but people are working on 3rd party payroll and they're working like dead body just coming for money that's it nothing else....

Everything...to dislike. they doesn't even care if you leave and go I don't want blame management because they're also helpless because doesn't work like others if they had FDI in India like apple then people would a got everything what others provide

Company policy is very good but not growth on job security and salary increment..we are working in local vendor only.we want to the higher position of the job level..

...th prospects are based on Lobby system. Too much internal organization politics. Top performers are not given priority in role or salary growth But people who keep on praising their boss or supervisor for no reasons are given better prospects.

Policies are only on papers not Implementing on ground,Indian Managers are not creating good work environment,rating process not fair..biased selection process.lot of corruption on circle level.Indian are degrading company reputation.
