Feels like a government job. You can just draw salary from this company. There is no new work so you can easily come to the office and chill.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about this company specially in the operations department. The management is the worst they do not give a damn about you and your growth. No benefits until you butter the manager. People who work here are more concerned about other people’s work, if they are doing good instead of improving they start bitching about that person. No growth. Boring work.

Good Work-life balance, Great small-small perks like free lunch, transportation, Snacks, Communication Allowance etc, these helps in saving a lot of money. Every once in a year you get to go to South Korea.

Dislikes

...whole time on many days and that's another problem you have to sit for 8.30 Hrs. to mark attendance or complete the weekly time and shortfall you have to apply leaves or pay from salary. They recently started Hybrid Model but it also monitors your work time and even a small difference will get your name in mail from Attendance Team.

...se and they will not spare an opportunity to throw you when a situation arrives. Compensation is above average but selected few gets everything. Work life balance has improved from past but overall mindset of the people in power remains same. Incapable and insecure leadership propels a toxic work environment and it is full of that. In 1 line it is ocean of bad things. The bads of industry is nurtured and groomed here.
