Good team work, training is very poor for expats only specific trainings were given, job security is mainly depend on your contract and project no project no job. there is no much politics its very rare.

Teammates were very co-operative and supportive, salary is decent with the industry level.

...is a big brand company of Korea and more opportunity of learning point of view. Good culture and salary. i have already with Samsung heavy...and yes I want to work with Samsung if again chance.

Samsung Management should keep Korean people in charge of all departments. the way they have put Pep John who keep all HOD's in check .If Management give power to Indians they will misuse it. Korean management should call the shoots or else company is going nowhere.

Management is too weak to take their stand Team Managers are scared of Korean. Unnecessarily daily standup meeting at 1pm. No human safety ergonomics, No employer benefits

In starting it was a good company but as the recession comes or downfall in oil prices occured it has become an average company with lots of cost optimization policy..there is no focus on employee welfare or healthy work culture in the company like other multinational companies now.may be as the market improves they will also improve all the things and think about employess and give increments..worked here 2years for without any increment..

Human resource department head.only focus on management.no increment no iteraction with vendors no skill enhacement opportunity no parties
