We have very low salary then others other people have about 15000 salary and I have only 5 k and after y months other having salary increment just because I am. A girl that service center onwer don't want to give increment to me job security don't have

1.Most of time repeated work. 2. Not self dignity in work, most of time korean comments updation. 3. Fixed OT rate.

Likes

Company Transport facilities are good and exposure to get Overseas experience like at Sites and Global Engineering Center Seoul(Korea) is also one of the good benefit to work in Samsung Engineering.

Dislikes

...checkup and Lunch and Tax exemptions benefits as per there Main center in Korea. Company also wants only Extra work from all employees without good compensation as per their salary.

Liked work culture, salary and appraisals. Quite caring towards employee and employee's family members

Though you worked for a long time, they are not converting contractual employee into permanent role due to policy

I didn't get a long duration job in samsung engineering. (I have worked with samsug -maximum 18 months continuety in a project-) I need to wait in home a long period for another samsung project.
