-Company have no Designation and salary slab as Fresher and 8year experience person working on same Designation. -HR not stand with their policies, they had cut the employee welfare amount. - Company not using employees skill and their expertise.

....There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade tor chilling Company policies are .good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There isa bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given ton new joinees.

Job Security - You can plan your retirement from samsung in terms of job security. If you cannot crack interview, stay here and enjoy like others are doing for 10 years & more. Team mates - They are good and knowledgable when they come in samsung, because they come from good organisation to waste their talent here.

... growing to a big plant in 4-5 years, but they will not let you grow at all. 3. Salary/Appraisals - You will get peanuts which you can chew and enjoy. You can never think of making good bucks or good appraisals. Increament is not done in your basic salary, it is done on other salary parts , so they dont have to pay you more bonus. (400% of basic, part of CTC). 4. Politics - They are full of nepotism . You will find some father-son relations which are unofficial. 5. Learning - Entire tech/softwares used here are not used anywhere else, so no benefit of learnings gained here. 6. Work Environment - It is good . Except that smock dress while entering in smock room, in which you feel issue in breathing. 7. Innovation - No innovations, everything is monitored from Korea. No new developments take place. Monotonous Job. 8. Work -Life balance - It is good .It is a fix time job from 8:30-5:30, if you are in general shift. If you are in A,B,C shift your health & body will suffer a lot due to changing duty time & sleep timings. 9. Travel - Travel from job location to your home/residence in a AC Bus.

... Leader. If you want to learn and enhance your skills, do not join this company. If you want a steady and slow life with a quite average salary and some quality atmosphere of Samsung, then you should join SDN. It is good for retirement.
