Nothing is there to like Totally dictatorship environment by Korean management, they doesn't care about Indian staff Indian part leaders manipulate the work place because Korean don't interfere.

Dislikes

Countless things are there to dislike. 1. They offer a very less salary package in the name of Brand 2. Many employee has joined as less package they were getting in their last Co. 3. HR team is totally useless, uneducated team, never supporting behavior. 4. The Bonus they project in Offer letter is fake somewhat. This is just to retain employee. 5. Unprofessional staff and behavior of every senior employee. 6. Restrictions are like you are studying in School. 7. Managers keep eye on if you go in other department, you have to stick with your system all the time. 8. They cover your phone camera with stickers every morning, if sticker removes mistakenly they will format your phone. 9. They give preference only to Korean staff, Indians are treated like nothing. 10. Worst teams are HR, Finance and Admin. Others are also not good.

Work Balance is good, Core Samsung Company Culture is also good.

... Leader. If you want to learn and enhance your skills, do not join this company. If you want a steady and slow life with a quite average salary and some quality atmosphere of Samsung, then you should join SDN. It is good for retirement.

Salary structure is not organized, huge disparity. Tendency of hiding the information from Korean HQ & top management. Opinions of senior Indian management is not taken in consideration..everything is governed from Korea.
