Really a good company to work of you can negotiate a good package. When I joined I saw one of the best working culture in this organisation.you will feel the difference if you switched from an Indian company.

No dislikes but if you get a not friendly reporting manager he can screw you well. Starting from Branch manager level they hold immense power.

Great work surroundings and culture, Teammates are supportive.Comoany policies are good and they give salary on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is ok but career growth slow

I know our company all staff covid time give the salary & big brand samsonite stil now I work from samsonite & future support this brand little money issues that’s try for other countries

Company is transparent & work life balance is good , Incentive structure is best in the country.

Less chances to grow because of small hierarchy, Salary is not as per industry standards, no Saturday off for branch teams.

Working at Samsonite had always been a great experience in terms of work life balance, ease of working, employee senior relationship and they let you take ownership of your work.

Salary is decent but career growth is little slow.
