Appraisals are not open and Salary structures + Increments need to be at par with Shipping Industry . Also the communication between Top Management and Branches need to be more clear and frequent .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Principles will rarely support you if any problem will arrises.Under employment is there which results in too much work load.Some where i feel their is lack of confidence boosting culture of their employee in this company.
