The job environment is very good and we all work like a 'big' family. The mutual understanding is excellent and the management supports each one in every way. You do not feel or wish to leave the company at any stage.

One of the most important area where we can improve is discipline in all areas. Also external training and other skill development programs should be regularly conducted to enhance the value additions of the employees.
