Samrat Enterprises and Samrat House ware p ltd is a same organization. Only benefits salary.

...g unit but there is no Esi and PF (Esi and PF applicable only certain people) 2. There is no leave policy- if u put the leave they put LOP ( Loss of Pay) 3.Lots of Politics 4.Job guarantee 0%. Work life balance u can't expect. 5.Limited role play and could not able to learn new things. 6.MD very very rude. 7.Can't able to learn Taxation 8. Office nature is irritating because every time MD shouting unnecessarily 9. pls search good companies, because some limited companies have good remuneration, leave policy, PF, Insurance, Increment, Bonus, Gratuity. 10. Before Joining this company u ask appointment letter to check notice period and etc. because they are issuing only offer letter. Best of luck pls go for good employer and employee based company.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
