New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Good work environment and culture. All team and senior's are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent and growth is high. I have work 10-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend drivers calls into the night but no problems its part of duty. Over all good experience work with company.

I've had a great experience working at Sampoorna Feeds. The management is supportive, and the staff fosters a positive and collaborative .

Dislikes

While Sampoorna Feeds has its strengths, there are areas for improvement. The work-life balance could be better, as the workload can be overwhelming at times. Leave management is often rigid, making it difficult to take time off when needed. Additionally, certain aspects of the work culture can feel stressful and overly competitive.
