...mean it. Sampada's well-known guarantees No job security No health insurance Not giving salary on time ( Always facing the issues of Money crunch) They will get all your documents and are still unwilling to provide you with an offer letter. I feel sorry for all those people who work for them.

...to prove yourself. Too much of work politics without any actual work being done. Salary being paid in cash to avoid taxes, no salary slips, no joining letter, no health benefits, no PF and absolutely no job security. You're always being reminded that you are replaceable at any point of time. Pay is very low according to industry standards and you are always reminded that you belong to them as they are paying you. Unethical, unprofessional and absolutely brainless people. So glad I could leave on time. And pity for the people who are going to waste their time here.

Our reporting manager ie. design head's abusive behaviour. It's high time and she needs to rethink about her cranky behaviour. She has lack of empathy, expects employees to work like a mad man and loves calling her employees things like "useless and money minded" right after paycuts. So yaa, shocking behaviour but that's the way she is.
