There's nothing to be liked.

Dislikes

...o appraisal. Not at all good for experienced. No proper training for new joiner. To much work load as compare to the salary paid. Stress at high level. No medical leaves given. The firm is very small, only of 4-5 employees. There are few employees who are doing part time for extra income. So I haven't counted them. The employees are not on payroll. No PF. There is no HR no admin. All problem you only have to solve I.e computer issue, network, data. Words changes. Different is said on call and different action is done. Example I will pay you 000 extra for this work. And less is paid or not paid.
