coworkers are very friendly and comfortable to work with.

Dislikes

they don't give salary pays on time. When i left my job i literally had to fight for my pay checks and after all fuss they gave me my pay check after 2 months of my leaving. I was in a probation period and they did not have any rights to deny my salary. but they did saying its there company policy and all. They are fake corporate and do not have any written policies and no HR department. When i told them that i will go with legal procedures, then they relieved my payments.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
