The overall staff in company is quite good and supporting,Good working infrastructure provided and improvement are in process, love to work in samcon as it is our own work,

Compensation provided is decent but salery grow up is very slow, some times it feels to shift the company, pick and drop servise not provided from. Asangaon station... Which west out time to walk for half an hour.
