No job security. No work life balance. Toxic culture. No hike/promotion. Immature/Illogical senior management. Seniors has no experience of managing a company. Every decision is just hit n trial strategy. Bootlking is the only way to get promotion. No respect for talent/hard work.

There is no job security, work culture is average, management is poor, average company policies

... working here during 2 & 1/2 years but I do not get FTE recognition till today. No any career growth, not any salary increment till today, no any other benefits with salary. They mentioned about PLI with salary but I did not get the same. Learning, work environment, innovation are good, but work-life balance experience is not good.

Over reporting method Bossisum Not give respect to mobilizars By colleague and also reporting managers including Traininers And directly talk infront of me mobilization is very cheapest job

Don't join sambhav foundation at any cost because here there is no job security and very poor management, Don't expect any Increment from this sambhav foundation. Work culture, Flexible and 6 working days. Company policy, Always they consider for contract period of 3months after again they extend contract period for further 3months it will continue until resigning job.
