Everything. Its a Lala Firm. It is not a corporate organization. Hence little or no hope for professional growth. There are no clear set KPIs for the roles in this organization. Everybody is bound to do everything whether you want it or not. You are just another laborer at this organization. Designation or work profile doesn't count here. The current CEO is clearly incompetent to discharge its duties, the HR is just a puppet of the higher management, there is not empowerment to employees and the guidelines are just good on paper. Increment happens at the whims & will of the higher ups and not on your work appraisals. In short, its a facade of a real estate tycoon. A toothless elephant which dances to the tune of government.
