Everything. Its a Lala Firm. It is not a corporate organization. Hence little or no hope for professional growth. There are no clear set KPIs for the roles in this organization. Everybody is bound to do everything whether you want it or not. You are just another laborer at this organization. Designation or work profile doesn't count here. The current CEO is clearly incompetent to discharge its duties, the HR is just a puppet of the higher management, there is not empowerment to employees and the guidelines are just good on paper. Increment happens at the whims & will of the higher ups and not on your work appraisals. In short, its a facade of a real estate tycoon. Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
