Job security and deduction in salary as punishment due to non achievement of budget.very low increment.no promotion or development atmosphere.

No company STATUGERY only Lobby . Every month deducted our salary. There are Higher level managers are job sequer but low label representative are not sequer for job . Because our division 2 Higher Level manager are preshure you left the company and then my job is sequer . Thy only preshurize .

I love the company Samarth Life Science But company STATUGERY and UPER LAVEL Manager is not Good.

Work life balance is good. Seniors allow to take your own decisions pertaining to work. Friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

You have to do a lot of investment cutting off your own salary which you may or may not get paid off. The most horrible fact about this company is they will not make any monetary settlements with you when you are out of the organization (be it by your choice or you are thrown out). You are going to miss the month's salary, the expense of the current month as well as previous month.

I really appreciate to join Samarth. It a learning company in every field. Timely salary is really appreciatable.

slow growth and no working culture. Politics in every department. Work less politics more.
