Company lies on political work culture and salary structure is not good. Even if you do overtime. They keep only few permanent employees. Overall employees are under some contractors company. The workers are being treated as a gowl.

You have to tend yourself in most of the activity. Some what you cought in working pressure but its normal. Overall 5*

1) There is no Working schedule. 2) You always ready for work as client demands. 3) Sometimes you feel you not getting that much which you doing for company. 4) During projects work you are not allow to sick also.

Dealing with new customers and working with new projects and ideas. Travelling to new places and working on it. Company manages there employees like a boss. Good incentives when you working on projects.

Dislikes

Company deals in various fields, you never say no to irrelevant task. If client pressuring for orders you, have to work under pressure.
