I have a working as site supervisor in samanvay realty in contractor base. As a site supervisor to we take the responsibility each and every construction activity check as per the structural and architectural drawings. I have learn about find material quantity, find sttirup, ties lenght ,and check the slab, beam , coloum reinforcement as per drawing , find the concrete quantity as per gread proportion, and also known bar bending schedule, learn about column lining, also check the masonry wall verticality, plaster, cover provided or not in RCC members, column starter, check the stirrup spacings, lapping length check for slab , beam , column etc. ,

Because of my job location preference, I was not able to continue, I was preferring more towards Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar job location as I have my native place over there. Nothing any bad experience till I worked, I didn't felt anything offensive.
