Dislikes

Long working hours, 12 hour average Almost 7 days working culture Toxic environment of politics with bosses Mentally straining and you are left with nothing by the time you are home

As a site supervisor to we take the responsibility each and every construction activity check as per the structural and architectural drawings. I have learn about find material quantity, find sttirup, ties lenght ,and check the slab, beam , coloum reinforcement as per drawing , find the concrete quantity as per gread proportion, and also known bar bending schedule, learn about column lining, also check the masonry wall verticality, plaster, cover provided or not in RCC members, column starter, check the stirrup spacings, lapping length check for slab , beam , column etc. ,
