I learnt a lot from this institute. There is good pay scale. This institute gives the opportunities to all .

Dislikes

There is no job security. Work load is so much that it is not easy to maintain balance between work and home. Stay back is to much.

Not supporting, in covid -19 lockdown if some one say to you there is a job security please dont admit they will throw you to give one stupid reason that your attitude in not good at the time of your confirmation. Higher authority dont have the observation of employee only HOD will decide you will be in or out or judge the person. Only buttering people will be alive rest will throw by the authority does not matter how much your work is good and how much you do for deptt. Only chaploose people will stay.

salary is good as per acceptation but job security is zero nill full big zero only buttering people will stay in this organization who doesnt work. working people have no job security or good thing is that they will target you at the time of your confirmation kitni acchi baat hai or higher authority bhi aapse nahi poochengi ki aapki job ka kya roll hai kitne time se aap kaam kar rahe ho kuch nahi or nikal denge to give only ek stupid reason behaviour is not good yaar 4 years se aap kya dekh rahe ho ek person probation pr aata hai or jab confirmation hone wala hota hai tab aap use nikal dete ho what a management very very poor in my point of view job samhal ka karna everybody.

It was a wonderful experience. There were many opportunities for the students and as well as for the teachers to grow.And my team members were very supportive and they were so talented.

Dislikes

I was appointed as a primary teacher but after summer vacation they fired k.G teacher and they interviewed many teacher but didn't find suitable one so they appointmented me in the middle of the session. Sometimes authority didn't listen to the teacher and just put their decision .

This place is not good for working. There is not a good system. The person handling the school was not good.

Dislikes

Main thing to dislike the work was that the behavior of the person who handled the staff was not good.
