I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

There is nothing good about this company to mention.

Dislikes

...y hire employee and dont give respect. This company dont respect their employee. With less salary and no proper training they want an employee to run the whole show. Guys don't join this pathetic company. They also want and employee to work 24/7 . This type of company can not survive in market for long. They keep loading and employe with over work and then later they blame employe. They threaten employee by giving workstime frames. Horrible owner and business model.
