The fixed salary is paid on time every month.

Dislikes

No variable pay although it is promised during the joining. The women employees are openly criticized for their looks, and derogatory comments are a day to day activity by the founders. Founders cannot speak 2 sentences of English properly but have such inflated egos. Founders background and personality is a big joke. No pedigree, no proper roadmap, just running a circus. Micromanagement using hubstaff is informed only after joining. HR team is instructed while hiring itself that this employee is onboarded only for a particular project and will be fired after that.

The Fixed component of the CTC is paid on time. Glad this opportunity made me realize my worth and became choosy in my career. This lead to me flourishing in my career.

Dislikes

The variable component is never paid out even if you are a high-performing team- member. In my case, they didn't expect me to work this efficiently and literally told me that they can't pay out the variable component so much as it was almost to that of my Fixed CTC. A bunch of chauvinist men who expect women to be treated just for aesthetics. Women are expected to have no opinion even related to their work. Diversity is a joke. The women employees who are currently working are all relatives of co-founders. The co-founders are ignorant and not receptive to feedback, especially from women. Urgently need to do a course in Spoken-English. Micro-management at it's peak. Paid in peanuts but expected to work like Donekeys.

Nothing much to like there only can say got to interact with people and make good friends.

Dislikes

1. No job security saw many people getting terminated for petty reasons. 2. Too much favoritism between some employees and the founders. 3. Some senior employees think they run the organization and show too much attitude. 4. Micro-management of employees even though they have Hubstaff for that they will ping and ask you again and again what are you up to. 5. They emphasize on culture but there is no culture at all. 6. They make one person to do the work of 4 people, so work pressure will be high. 7. The product is sus and expensive for no reason.

Nothing to like here working here was not less than a nightmare for me!

Everything you read in the reviews not only here but in the Glassdoor as well is a real deal nothing about the company is great, whatever negative you can think about they have all of it from toxic work culture to unsupportive management they will use time tracking tool and still will ping asking what’s the update like 100 times in a day when it comes to HR team they are of no use specially the manager who thinks he knows everything and same with the founders as well no diversity at all they won’t hire any women as they think women are not capable enough to work, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE JOINING THE ORGANISATION!
