... talk. Unreasonable targets and expectations. No benefits. All fake commitments. Salary paid at their wish and you can't even ask for it why is it being delayed. They even deduct money for any damages from the washroom that too from all. A side business may be. FEEL FREE TO JOIN IF YOU WANT TO ROYALLY SCREW YOUR LIFE AND CAREER.

...and also Since we are working in India not entitled to UK holidays as well. Lol. They cut your salary for being 15 mins late. Do not provide with adequate learning and training as well.

Directors think they are Gods who could destroy your life and career . The SALARY DATE IS USUALLY AFTER 15TH and later. Founder ashutosh jha is in love with his own voice. He thinks he is a Britt (such a wannabe- tries to immitate the british accent and ends up doing a pathetic job) .Ashutosh jha uses profanity all the time with employees on the floor and uses the F word infront of female employees. Ashutosh portrays no respect for people who work for him. The HR manager Navin is a rogue,who lies and misleads aspirants. He will use the terms boutique organization and niche organization to impress aspirants. Other directors are just a bunch of jokers and puppets dancing at the tune of Ashutosh Jha. If You are ready to oil directors butts..you can survive longer. A lot of politics happens here between Hr and directors against employees . HR Navin sneaks about employees to the directors and most of the time it is false information. It is a circus out there. If something is broken in the toilet they will deduct it from everyone's salary without permission. Such a petty company. 60 people use a bathroom sized at 4ft by 4ft. One of the resident director ( who locks himself up in a glass cabin which has security systems so that you have never have access to him) will threaten you and demean you. Stay away from this company. When you leave the company THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DUES at any cost. It is just a shady call center, but they will mislead aspirants saying that we are not a call centre. The other resident director is a sly insecure yesman to Ashutosh jha. employees have only curses for this place. Management including HR here are very disrespectful of their employees. Employees concerns are never a priority for the directors.
