I worked here under Mr. Shashi Saurav (Director & V. P) of the organization, he is very kind person I learned a lot of things from him. Good culture in organization all are very supportive guy's either it's the H. O team or it's Delhi Office team. I was pretty much satisfied with the job while working with organization. I also like the employee re-hired policy here. I was a part of a team that market's reliable, quality products and has a good client base across INDIA.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Immdiate reporting manager do not value an individual's Unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
