company is always trying to cut your salary for small small instances, in return you will be left with no leaves and at a same time salary would be deducted from your account. no focus on employee engagement and their development. even they will threat you that you have to achieve minimum targets or you will not get the salary.

The most unethical, ruthless and insensitive company i have ever worked for. No incentives, frequent salary deduction, no leaves, no appreciation, no bonus, no increment. This company should be banned and no person should ever work for them.

No salary increase eventhough how many years you will work on this company,theres a promotion but no salary increase at all.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get many experience As how to do work with your advisor , trained them for your business and policy and also to achieve my goals. I won many prices but I have a dream for traveling abroad and I will do it and I really want to work abroad but after 2years and I want to work in USA. And another thing that I am talking about my colleague they are come from various cultural backgrounds, we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The work pressure is very high. But that was ok bcoz of my salary package that is enough for my work.but I belong to a rural area where marketing job specially for a girl that is created a many problems for me. I am happy with doing job insurance sector company but I feel better if I will do same job but in official.. I think I can better if this will happen.
