The best part is that you get your salary on time anyhow weather it is Saturday Sunday or national holiday. And if you are fresher then it is the best company for you. You got a good salary but if you want to learn you may have to on your own. Some seniors are very good like (Brij Mohan Singh) and some are not so good I don't want to give their names. But one thing is very bad that is politics. Bosses are very kind if you are doing great work obviously it applies in every company.

Lunch timing is very short.

...d enhance my skills. Teammates were good and Job security is not an issue there. Salary is always in time.

I didn't receive any training as we go and we serve just we learn work culture ourselves. No career growth and appraisal took place not in behalf of talent and capability but with time duration. Work pressure is high and sometimes work environment is also disturbed.

Treatment to employees is pathetic. Parul (one if the owners) needs to learn basic etiquettes on how to treat employees . I remember once she said "none of you are good for nothing" 😂 during a meeting. Raj (her husband) is a "chabi wala gudiya" operated by parul. The company is run by people with small minds. One also has to tolerate "adnan sami songs" during office hours which is loudly played by Parul. They hv made huge profit but the share/salary & increment to employees is very negligible.

I liked my colleagues. But u know, when the bosses are messed up, it messes up the work ambiance too.

Dislikes

Wanna visit school again? No mobiles, no leaving seats, dnt talk to people, get up and sit there, no smoking anywhere near office (not even on roads), constant cctv scanning, not allowed to talk to colleagues except skype chat and someone is always appointed to read those conversations, if you delete personal chats bosses think u were conspirimg against the company, no consideration, no wise decision making, insulting people whenever they open their mouth to complain about something, no job security, u can be fired anyday anytime, even for talking to your colleague abt a bad review that someone posted on google, low salary, no respect for the workers, no trust, no holidays, no work from home, any day u take a break, salary gets deducted (yes, they deducted 7500 of my 15k salary because my kitten was terribly sick for 3-4 days before dying). Also there will be a deduction if you come late to office. Only good thing for which i will ever be debted to salax will be for the friends i made there. You can always look forward to makimg good friends there. People join and leave office as colleagues and it keeps happening every other day. Only thing that survives is the friendship among us. (You can also be fired if you make too good friends or fall in love with a colleague!) Thats all!

almost everything. There is no professionalism. HR is really annoying and mostly unanswerable to the employees who reach out to her. Literally, she will send you back by saying, "Try Google the solution.", "Ask someone else in your team, or "I'll ask the boss and then revert", which she always forgets to do. There are only 2-3 sycophants, who seem to be gaining all the advantages irrespective of their caliber. The infrastructure is terrible. They ask the employees to use bucket water to flush because of course, the flush isn't functioning right and they can't afford to get it repaired.
