The payroll cycle should be 30th or 31st of every month, and not on 7th. The Pay-slip doesn't get generated on time.

Even during the lockdown period, when people were losing their jobs and there was a high level of job insecurity everywhere, this company has paid the salary on time every month without any deductions. Salasar is a company that takes care of its employees and acknowledges the efforts of a performer always fully. Has a good unity among the team members and full support and guidance is provided to the employees by the senior management.
