If one doesnot perform is told to go without much time. Salary structure needs to be more professional as well as on time salary payments

The company is good in terms of enhancing the knowledge in terms of insurance and market, and also the work culture is great to work for as it helps to maintain work life balance

The payroll cycle should be 30th or 31st of every month, and not on 7th. The Pay-slip doesn't get generated on time.
