Absolutely zero support for its employees from Mahindra end as well as dealership level too. Not bothered of employees whether they live or die. No retention of employees based on their talent, hardwork and dedication level. Loyal employees are treated as garbage with pathetic HR who doesn't know her duties to manage and retain staff and hire new ones. She is just management puppet who dances to their tune. In last 3 months of lockdown during Covid -19 period not a single penny given to its employees apart from select few in management level. Would give them minus rating on scale of 1-10 - Nikhil Moye
