There is no Proper System in Place. There is no proper work Flow according to Hierarchy. There is no Proper Individual Recognition.

Sattva is very good company. As it is client based you won't be having so much work but you will learn a lot here.

Dislikes

Nothing. If you are experienced you will get more salary but for freshers there will be less salary but learning is there.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is some politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Salarpuria is aone of the biggest builders company in Bangalore, more than 10 on going projects in Bangalore other state also on going project is there in Pune, Goa, Combaitore & Hyderabad, more than two project is handle that time only transportation is available otherwise no, job security is there another plus point is my colleague & seniors is good etc...

Salary is very less compare to fresher for recent joining & yearly increament percentage is less etc....

Work culture is very positive. The main advantage is we can maintain a balance between work and personal life commitments. Work timings are reasonable.

Dislikes

Salary increments are lately processed and very minimal.
