Friendly Atmosphere, Salary and others payments on time, lunch at low cost, others facilities, yearly increments etc.

Dislikes

Non systematic work, some HOD habits is not corporate, some HOD is not proper educated, some HOD behaviors is so rude, no option for promotion, no proper planning for future growth.

SALARY IN TIME EVERY YEAR INCREMENT A THING TO REMEMBER, WHEN THE WORLD WAS AT A STANDSTILL DUE TO CORONA, WHILE MOST COMPANIES WERE PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES HALF OF THE MONTH, OUR COMPANY PAID US THE ENTIRE MONTH.

Now I work here, So the reason for my dislike can't be said.

The experience of working here has been great alongside a good team that operates like a family. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and interact with the highest authority in the organisation. We have been given conducive environment to showcase our skillsets and are provided with right opportunities to learn and grow both in the personal and professional arena.

Dislikes

There is always room for improvement so does we as an organisation together can walk a long mile provided our activities and efforts are aligned and stitched together with a clear vision.

Likes

1. The only strength of this organization is GM. HR Mr. Palash Mukherjee and his drafted HR Policies which has driven this organizational manpower so well till date.

Dislikes

1. Management should be more focused and precise about timely completion of projects rather than disturbing working atmoshphere. 2. Limitless delay, too much meetings and additional unproductive boundations are my dislikes.

Likes

Vision and values set by MD, taken care of employee well being , employee professional development through training and career advancement programme without taking into consideration whether he will be there with company or not in future.

Dislikes

we need to upgraded ourself professionally and in a more organised way, senior management people don't lead by example in terms of values and it become difficult to cultivate the same in next line team members. Leaders need to be assume more responsibility and accountability to take organisation to the next level.
