Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...feteria and gaming arcade for chilling campany policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years

Dislikes

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Talking with supplers, engaging in business conversations, having to attend meetings and be participative, Operational challenges excites me , meeting deadlines

Dislikes

Politics, unnecessary work pressure,no benefits, no salary hikes, not much lineancy for travel and work from home

My view about Salam technology is Very positive I have worked for Minister of Healthcare for Online medical test Project as a Oracle DBA through them in future If any opportunity comes I will always want to work with them
