There are many things I like about working at Salaam Bombay Foundation. The most important thing is that the foundation's work aims to provide opportunities for education, health, and social progress to children from various sections of society. Being a part of this mission feels very inspiring to me.

Dislikes

A lot of work is done here, but when it's time for appraisals and salary increments, mistakes are pointed out, and you are often compared unfavorably to others.

THIS IS MY FIRST JOB AND I AM SO LUCKY THAT I AM WORKING WITH SALAAM BOMBAY FOUNDATION TEAM IN SBF THEY GIVES FREEDOM TO WORK, MOTIVATES THE STAFF AND HR TEAM IS EXCELLENT WE ALL ARE LIKE ONE FAMILY.

Such a good set up and such a pathetic management! Don't go here unless you are looking for something less than mediocre.

Appraisals are paltry and poor. Juinor members are severely underpaid. Work culture is horrendous and supports partiality and groupism.

The work culture of the office was excellent and working hours were Awesome.

Dislikes

Everything was Awesome! Since I was on Maternity leave I just want to re-join the office and due to the pandemic not being able to get the opportunity for re-joining and waiting for the momentum.

It's a great place to work. Very mission and impact oriented organization, it provides a room and space to be innovative and creative

Dislikes

The organization is going through a transformation journey currently under which it is addressing a lot if issue like work life balance, career progression etc. Despite this, the culture and environment can be bench-marked with the bests in the sector
