Perfect Working Environment as Colleagues are very helpful and supportive in nature.Good learning environment.Pollution level is jst normali.e same as a Steel plant has to be ,not that much bad.I can say perfect plant to Learn and to get trained.

Dislikes

Late and Irregular Salary payments.Job security depends upon your performance.Other Benefits like Bonus & Overtime are Absent which is Poor in nature.Also full 24% PF deduction by the employer.

First of all no such a methodogy at workplace, Management interfier in technical system distúrb the whole chain,no such a system that should be follewed by limited company,do not have a respect of higherpost.

Here I understand about practical knowledge. And learnt about team management. here I found many machinery to understand about these. Here's seniors are much cooperative & give the best way to solve problems of machinery.

Sal steel having three major plant for current trend. i am learning most of the plant operations and maintenance of different machinery.

Working environment is not much good and professional growth is also slow.Manager level planning is not effective

Higher ups all orthodox. Still in primitive stage . Too much reporting / fix cell phone on ears every time . No goal , no target , no plans for production, raw materials .... all need basis.
