Good training has been given as well as good teaching staff too. Work environment is also nice

Dislikes

Politics is everywhere so some how SAL is not an exceptional case. Appraisal is not so more, This is private college so but obvaiously JOB security is less, But mostly ur job will be secured if your Branch is in up level.

Dislikes

faculties are vary narrow here, gender difference is too much. as a being ladies some opportunities are not provided to me. too much politics among between. every information related some extra activities to higher authorities only and they directly take decision based on own judgment to whom select in activities and on these judgement there is higher level politics starts. based on my experience i can say i don't have good platform to fully involved in work because of such a politics. growth is slow.
