Sakura having well facilities for all employees,good working culture, I learnt lot of things from there.. good transport, welfare, hygienic canteen, employee gifts,clean shop floors very good environment to work there

I like work to Sakura ...... good experience and knowledge growth easily in that company. Management arranged many more competitions and programs. It's a Japanese company so they are want obedience and punctuality ..I like and follow them

...t work was not secure. Because that management create more pressure to all time. I want salary much to better increase in experience operators

Good work environment and Japanese culture, Management. Company policy are as like every where. Alternative week off on Saturday.

Salary hike very poor, can't except much on employee welfare, Career growth was very poor

...t from that company after finish off their training period which is for 2 years. But if the company management satisfied with your sevice,they will make you permanent staff, but the salary increment is around 1000 rupees. Work culture: 3 shifts change process.One should and work for that entire shift. Everyone is so supportive in workplace. Management: Good. Company policies: 1) One should take only 2 days leave in a month with pre permission. more than that you will get LOP(loss of pay).

career growth: not so fast. salary: 1000/- per year. work environment: people will face problems like eyes irritation and skin peel off if they come in contact with weld sparks and weld gas.
