Own state guys get most opportunity and favour. Internal cleanliness is terrific. Labours get more salary than engineer graduates. Metalic dust will harm your body.

The location is not too far from the city.Easy access to public transport, healthcare services, supermarkets and other recreational centres. Not hard to find an accomodation eventhough the rents are a bit higher.

Dislikes

...bour. Terrible middle management with no work ethics or professional qualities. Extremely heavy workloads without enough pay, no incentives and not even proper breaks. Forces you to work overtime and compel to work on Sundays (ie 7days a week 12 hrs a day) with alternating work shifts which messes up your sleep cycle and the worst part is that you have to stand still and keep that steady posture the whole time you work. Lack of basic facilities including washrooms, toilets and poor maintenance of the existing ones. They don't really care about labour rights nor concerned about their safety or well being. Working as a quality control inspector in this company you are not learning anything new or implementing anything you learned from your degree.You are basically dealing with a set of 'go','no go' and some simple micrometre gauges along with visual testing,which any person with basic arithmetic knowledge can perform with a 7day training. Which is actually true when you see the person who is standing right next to you assigned with the same job and having no technical education still performing commensurate.

We can't say any particular area about dislike. Entire work place is discomfort and doesn't like to work. Every thing is dislike. JMD of the company doesn't know how to manage the workplace.He is adamant and like a dictator of the company.

I will work on all breakdown and new errection works so i have learn every timings i am comfort in a position and medical emergency timings fully supported

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and i do very good performance but salary increment is not comfortable

Worst company with no ESI ,PF. Even in small industries they provide but this company will not provide. No Sunday leave and no government leave will not be provided. You have just work and work. Even Hindi labour's treated well by company. But graduated workers and staff not treated well. If you want a job please don't join company and ruin your life.
