I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Management are very poor, salary too late, expenses are not coming proper time, late night discussion between 2 p.m to 3.30 p.m but nothing out comes, any decision M.D will discuss with Rupa company Sr. person (3rd party back in hand getting commission) and a uneducated old employee ( like donkey) 🐴. Company like those people who will take regular basis Hard drinks. Only trying to collect Distributor & wholesale deta for future planning but company running last 1989 but still not presence in the market. Every three months company will change there's policy.
