Work-Life balance is excellent.. Career growth opportunity is although very limited..As per as remuneration is concerned it is OK(Atleast from my perspective) & not Good or excellent. They are paying around 25-30% less compared to the present industry standard, which is probably getting compensated by 2 extra holidays(2nd & 4th Sat) & Moderated work pressure..employees can manage to spend time with family.. Job security is also there..Scope of learning and Self exploitation is also limited.
