Anything I liked about that firm isn't worth mentioning after the experience I had with them.

Dislikes

I was terminated suddenly without any notice or severance, effective the same day that they delivered the news to me. I had worked in that firm for 3 years. The sudden termination has not only disrupted my professional life but also my personal well being. The lack of severance and notice left me grappling with financial instability, placing me in a position of unexpected debt and uncertainty about my future. While wrongfully terminated me they didn't even give me time to process the news. The HR and the team lead and manager were staring and waiting for me to sign the documents while I sat there teary-eyed and in utter shock. They put me in such a vulnerable situation, forcing me to sign that document before I could process it.

You can sympathize with your fellow workers because saks will always discriminate and group you with your miniority group

Dislikes

If you are a miniority you can exceed each year but it will truly not get you a promotion if you exceed to much.. I’ve actually been told by an executive “you know how to do too much!”, “smile more” after working 60 hour weeks, and told to stop questioning things
