Biased about promotion They don't keep their promises Corruption Many people poor or average work with more salary but still they are enjoying their life, I don't understand how come management never noticed.

...r best. Continuous they will give you training and it's help to improve skill. Salary also is good and you will get on time without fail or deduction. Comparing to other hospital in this hospital you will feel freedom and nonpolitical management. You will get respectful and good working environment.

While working i was faced extra work load because of Staff shortage. Hospital software and computer hardware are old. Hospital is not providing tea or snacks for staffs. Compare to other hospital here staffs dress are not good.

Sakra World Hospital is Japanese Hospital, Work wise they will pay. Company culture is good as per Japanese management. Work satisfaction is good for prompt worker as certified by doctors. Sakra World Hospital is Indo Japanese Hospital, Japanese Management is good.

Dislikes

Skill and development are average because they have old software only. Work life balance are Terrible because of dominating Indian administrative staff and middle level staff, they will not give proper leave for prompt working staff, will not show duty roasters. Job Security is poor from Indian management for prompt worker. Career and growth opportunities are terrible by Indian management. Indian management is poor. Because of traffic I was facing some problems to reach 30 minutes, but I was hard working and balancing my work schedule.

the behavior of employs is very helpful. every one guide as their staffs .my mentor gives many advices for internship. sakra world hospital is international hospital that's why my communication skill developed. sakra world hospital gives a best treatment for every patients , sakra world hospital have many well known doctor for each and every department. my internship is for 3 months ,i completed this internship with lots of experience. everyone need to do internship in sakra world hospital they trained very well .
