New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

I have worst experience there bcz internal management system of this company is very poor and as per salary point of view they provide very lees salary and work burden is to much and if we r talking about working time there is no time limit it will be 12hr some time or 14hr but ull get no over time and if u ask for leave they will never provide any leave and no sunday holiday i was work there for 1 year there management is very poor they just want hard work from us and ull get nothing in back..one of the worst company of nagpur there is nothing to like this company...

About salary its very poor for fresher they will give u 7k or 8k and dont think salary will hike.... And if ur engineer theb they will kept u in store as store keeper if u complain about this then they will remove u from company and there is no rule for holiday eveb Sunday is working day no over time will b given and inter management system is very poor...for petrol allowance u have to fight with some corrup members of there company then they will cut some money fron ur petrol bill if 1or 2km more found and then ull get ur money.... Worst company dont join and there is no job security they will kick u any time
