...s hardly any job security with Sakal due to their strategy, so as career growth. Salary, work environment and work-life balance were excellent. However, there was hardly any scope for innovation.

The Unit Manager was rude with newcomers. The Chief Manager HR was too noisy and never gave proper directions to work. Job security. Targeting Probationary Employees

HR policies , salary is uncertain as there is no idea of when the policy will change, growth is very slow, and appraisal cycle is uncertain

...sing Windows XP 97 .. so one can imagine company situation now If you want govt. Type job then join this and enjoy comfort zone till your retirement with same salary that you get at the time of joining

I felt prestigious to work at Sakal. As a Sakal employee I got lot of respect from socity. Sakal has a very good hardworking culture, where I learnt discipline and good work culture, which is still helpful for me at my today's work place.
