...going there u have to work for 12 hour at site but they dont have care about it. If u ask about overtime pay they told u that there is no ot u have to work there forcefully.i.suggest u all new engineer don't think about this company ur life is so frustrating after that wrong decision.

... a very worthless behviour. I have never seen a company such stupid like theirs. They don't provide great salary hikes, neither proper leave structure, unnecessary work load and the worst part of Saka Engineering Systems Private Limited is WORK-LIFE BALANCE. The owner thinks... If he is working his employees should also work late hours and show slavery when he is not even paying enough.. GM has no respect towards woman and just knows how to shout and yell and trouble people's mind as if he is the owner.. I think there should be a complete new change in the system and management.. Which I think will never change even in the future years.. Worst communication, ZERO UPSKILLING, and No GORWTH in terms of salary as well.. I think all employees should be very careful enough to work with such worst management team...

This company is an embarrassment to one's career. CEO works on the terms of EGO and not on the thought of an employee's satisfaction towards the work. Not paying employees what they deserve and not at all considering the work they have done. Acting as if CEO is the only person who has seen the world and others all are naive. For my lifetime. This company is going to be an embarrassment which I would never want to discuss and talk about. Selfish, Egoistic, worst coordination, even worse verbal behaviour and ZERO respect towards an employee and their efforts. Do hell with this company.. Do he'll with the board 😂😂😂

SAKA Engineering Systems Private Limited fails to deliver on promises of work-life balance, with overwhelming stress and poor employee support. Job security and health insurance are nonexistent, while the fixed 9 to 6 timings are nominal at best, especially in the corporate side where it's a hectic 6-day job. Coordination among employees is lacking, and senior staff exhibit unethical behavior, creating unnecessary pressure. Overall, a disappointing work environment that requires significant improvement.

For learning and knowing new things it's a big ocean for beginners and freshers. Seniors directly gives the responsiblities though you know nothing, you get things your own and its very good opportunity for fresher.

Dislikes

You have to travel a lot as a site engineer and have to stay at site location for long period of 3-6 month and sometimes a year also. They can send you at site without any prior information.
